Description
The SIGMA Varicut PSC is an economically-priced Single Blade design operating in a guillotine style by a electro-pneumatic cylinder. The machine is for use with flash stamping presses.
The pitch of the blade is adjusted by a signal from a rotary encoder. Adjustment is made from a touch screen. The conveyor speed is synchronized by the rotary encoder through a VFD. Conveyor guides are adjusted to suit the width of the soap billet.
The conveyor and cutting mechanism is shielded by a polycarbonate safety cover.
Cutter Blade is made of Stainless Steel.
